If you get an "Error while encoding" when uploading, then often the issue is caused by anti-virus / firewall software such as Comodo, Zone Alarm, etc...

To fix you'll have to tell the anti-virus software to allow the encoder executable or temporarily disable the anti-virus software when you start the upload.
