This tutorial will show you how to use the Comment Moderation feature in Thinkzoom. This feature allows administrators to easily monitor every user comment from one screen.
To get there, click Administration from the main menu and select Comment Moderation from the drop-down options. This takes you to the page below where you’ll be able to view all comments left by your users.
You have a number of editing options at your disposal. To download all of the comments into one Excel file, click the green Export Comments button up top. To view individuals comments, click the blue Go to comment link below the comment.
Doing so takes you to that course page. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Community to view that comment. From here, you have the option to reply to the comment, edit it or delete it.
