Publishing Courses


This tutorial will show you how to publish courses in Thinkzoom. By default, any newly created course is set as unpublished. Unpublished courses are unavailable to the general users.

In order to publish a course, you must have the right privileges to do so.

(Note, if you’re an admin and need to set another user’s privileges for this purpose, go to the Members page, search for the user and go into their profile. Click the blue drop-down button that says Customize Privileges, select Publish Content and save your changes.)

If you have those privileges the first thing you’ll want to do is locate the Unpublished Courses widget on your main dashboard.


Click on the course you want to publish and locate the yellow Publish button at the very top.


You’ll be redirected back to the main dashboard. To find the newly published course, use the search bar at the top and go that course page.
