Updating a User's Email in Members

If you have a user who has changed their email address, you will need to update that user in your company’s Thinkzoom account.

To do so, click on Members from the main menu and choose View all from the drop-down options. Now that you’re on the main Members page, search for the user you want to update and click the blue Edit button to the right of their name to open up their profile.

Please note, when you update the Email field, you will also need to update their Username field as well.

After you’ve made the changes, scroll to the bottom and select Save Changes to complete the update.
