Error loading media: File could not be played


Internet Explorer users are reporting that some courses are showing the error in the screenshot below with some courses.  

We have attached a document that will help you and your IT team resolve the issue, as this is an issue with Internet Explorer and the set up of Internet Explorer on your computer.  

If you go through the steps and this does not resolve your issue, please submit a support ticket to Thinkzoom at  Please include the Operating System (including version) and Web Browser (including version) along with any screenshots to include your browser bar, so that we can best assist with resolving the issue.
